WITH RESPECT TO INGREDIENTS, WE BELIEVE THAT LESS IS MORE. OUR BREADS ARE MADE FROM A VARIETY OF STONE MILLED WHOLE GRAIN FLOURS, SEA SALT AND WATER BROUGHT ALIVE THROUGH THE USE OF LONG, SLOW FERMENTATION AND TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES.
